As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for all order processing. From the incoming order to the actual delivery, you will liaise with customers about the process. You will be at the heart of delivering exceptional Customer Expreiences.

Omschrijving

  • Accurately process and confirm customer orders using the ERP system.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation, including proformas, invoices, and shipping documents, with precision.
  • Organize shipments and coordinate with warehouses and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns, focusing on enhancing satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and elevate service quality.

Profiel van kandidaat

  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, but a service-oriented and collaborative attitude is key.
  • A well-organized and methodical approach to work, with strong prioritization skills.
  • A team-player mentality combined with the confidence to perform tasks independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Understanding of Incoterms 2020 and international payment terms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Additional knowledge of Dutch, French or German is a plus!
