As a cutting/production employee, you and the team are responsible for cutting all vegetables processed within "Udea Snijderij". After cutting, vegetables are carefully washed, dried, and, if necessary, mixed into end products such as soup vegetables and raw vegetables.
In addition to cutting, you also perform other common tasks such as:

• Tidying up
• Cleaning
• Preparing products

Good to know: you will work in a small team of different nationalities, mainly communicating in English.

Your working days are Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 to 16:00, or until the work is completed.

• You have a good and enthusiastic work attitude
• You have a B1 level in English or Dutch
• You can tolerate working in cold environments (about 5 degrees). Of course, the necessary clothing and boots will be provided
• You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working well in a team
• You are flexible in attitude and working hours
• You are physically fit

• Salary of:

  € 14.40 per hour for 21+ years
  € 11.52 per hour for 20 years
  € 8.64 per hour for 19 years
  € 7.20 per hour for 18 years

  In addition:

• A cold allowance of € 0,48 cent per hour
• 10.5% holiday allowance
• Fulltime position
• Possibility of long-term employment and receiving a contract
• Allowance on salary for working during irregular times:

  40% Shift allowance from Monday to Saturday between 00:00 - 06:00 and from Sunday to Friday between 23:00 - 00:00.
  25% Shift allowance from Monday to Friday between 19:00 - 23:00 and on Saturday between 15:00 - 23:00.
  50% Shift allowance on Sundays between 00:00 - 23:00, and on Saturdays between 23:00 - 00:00.
  100% Shift allowance on holidays.

• Good to know: you can work with a friend or someone you know. This always happens in good consultation. They may live in a different house, and work in different shifts or departments.
