Are you someone with a great sense of responsibility and do you feel at home in a production environment? We are looking for several enthusiastic operators for Vetipak Oss.

As an operator, you will work in a production environment where innovation, operational improvement and growth are key. After thorough training, as an operator you will be assigned a work area consisting of 1 to 3 machines. Together with your colleagues (production staff, technical service, team leaders, etc.), you will ensure optimum performance of the various processes within your work area.
As an operator you are responsible for the implementation, application, compliance and control of:

• Technical activities (e.g. converting, adjusting, solving minor faults and support of the technical service during maintenance)
• Continuous supply/input of materials to keep the machine running
• Basic conditions (control of critical machine parameters)
• Quality control (start-up control, coding control and other interim quality reports)
• Hygiene and safety principles

The work is in 2 shifts:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 24:00

The ideal candidate for this position recognizes himself in the following profile:

• You speak Dutch and/or English
• You have a sense of responsibility
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a production environment
• You are prepared to follow a course
• You realize that you can only be successful together
• You have a hands-on mentality and you are prepared to provide maximum support to your team on the work floor
• You have technical skills

• A starting salary of € 15,73 per hour.

  In addition:

• 10.5% holiday allowance
• Work in 2 shifts (morning (5%) and evening shift (15%)
