-Supporting the follow-up of leads and customer inquiries (by phone and email)-Preparing and following up on quotations
-Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
-Managing after-sales communication and customer satisfaction surveys
- Assisting with marketing and sales campaigns
-Identifying commercial opportunities and reporting to the sales team
-Preparing reports and analyses related to sales performance
Gevraagd
-You are currently pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field-You are proactive, communicative, and customer-oriented
-You speak both Dutch and English well (French is a plus)
-You work accurately and will be making calls based on scripts
-You are not afraid of using the phone
-Affinity with health, sports, and technology is a plus
