JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Operator 3 Shifts, you are not only responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, but also for conducting quality checks to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. You will swiftly and efficiently resolve any technical issues or malfunctions, ensuring seamless production. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other team members to optimize production planning and identify and implement process improvements. You are a crucial link in our continuous pursuit of improvement and innovation within the organization.
REQUIRMENTS
- Minimum completion of MBO level 3 or 4, work experience is not required;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
