About the role
Title: Senior BDR or BDR Team Lead (Enterprise)
Location: Germany, Netherlands or UK
Language: English (fluent) - ideally German
WFH policy: Remote in UK or GER or hybrid in NL
Product: AI-powered Supply Chain Optimisation
Size and functions of local team: 200+ FTE, 25 in NL, incl. 3 BDR's
Role description:
Typical SDR role; mostly cold outreach into Enterprises in BLX, UK&I & DACH
Mid-Market & Enterprise, ACV $150-250k ARR, ASC are 8 to 12 months
10+ stakeholders per account; Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Data/Automation
Building account maps/plans, help drive ABM/ABX campaigns with Marketing
Top notch tech stack; 6sense + Cognism + Gong + Lucia + Clay etc.
Must haves;
1+ year Enterprise BDR experience in B2B SaaS
Supply Chain Software experience
Could be Supply Chain Planning, Automation, Sustainability etc.
Intelligent, curious, business savvy, hungry, autonomous
Need to be able to hit the ground running, take ownership
Nice to Haves:
2+ years of BDR experience
Team Lead experience
