Waar ben jij van? Jij bent van gebiedsontwikkeling met een financiële inslag. Als financieel expert binnen gemeente Rotterdam weet jij welke kosten er gemoeid zijn bij grootstedelijke en complexe opgaves. Jouw functie Als planeconoom ben je in de eerste plaats financieel expert voor gebiedsontwikkelingen binnen gemeente Rotterdam. Ons werk speelt zich niet alleen af achter de computer, we zijn ook zichtbaar in de organisatie en onderhouden we actief ons netwerk. Om je een concreter beeld te geven van de taken en verantwoordelijkheden, zie je hieronder een opsomming:

• Brede financiële advisering, sturing en planning van gemeentelijke en particuliere
  gebiedsontwikkelingen.
• Opstellen en beheren van grondexploitaties.
• Actualisatie van grondexploitaties ten behoeve van de jaarrekening
• Opstellen van risicoanalyses, zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief.
• Advisering over samenwerkingsvormen en financiële constructies.
• Toetsen van businesscases.
• Betrokken bij complexe en langjarige buitenruimteprojecten. Dit zijn grote projecten waar verschillende partijen bij betrokken zijn, bijvoorbeeld het zeven stadsprojecten gemeente Rotterdam.
• Zorgdragen voor interne- en externe afstemming.
• Verzorgen van administratie van, en opstellen van voortgangsrapportages en
  eindverantwoording bij subsidies.

Gevraagd

Eisen:

• Je hebt minimaal een hbo-opleiding afgerond
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als planeconoom, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt ervaring met samenwerken, binnen zowel uitgebreide projectteams met verschillende deskundigen, als grotere teams met minimaal 5 planeconomen. Benoem een referentieproject in het cv uit de afgelopen 3 jaar

Wensen:

• Je hebt ervaring met grootstedelijke gebiedsontwikkelingen binnen een gemeente met meer dan 160.000 inwoners
• Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding
• Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van gebiedsontwikkeling, planeconomie en financiële regie
• Ervaring met grex-modules in Oracle

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
