Your role is critical in advancing the bank's digital transformation. You will develop the native shell that hosts non-native content, enabling feature teams to build effectively within this framework. A deep understanding of both the foundation and feature team operations is essential. Your work will directly affect many developers, upholding high accessibility standards and ensuring efficient app performance at scale.
Collaborate and Lead
In this environment, you will encounter tough debates where standing your ground, structuring discussions, and mediating are crucial. Decisiveness and adaptability to various personalities are important. You will also assist teams in optimizing their code to work efficiently with the native shell.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Kotlin, Webview, design patterns, architectural principles and CI/CD tools, with a clear understanding of their appropriate use.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to mediate and adapt within a collaborative environment.
- Leadership: Capable of guiding discussions, making decisive decisions, and leading by example.
