• Manage end-to-end recruitment of interns across multiple business areas at Nike, Inc.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the internship hiring process.
• Support university sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent.
• Improve candidate experience and contribute to recruitment process enhancements.
• Assist in planning and executing talent attraction events (info sessions, fairs, student visits).
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines with flexibility and adaptability.
• Collaborate with the team on ad hoc initiatives related to early talent recruitment.

• Salary is to be discussed with the recruiter.
• Nike maintains a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time contract)

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting or University Relations, with hands-on involvement in campus events and student hiring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong presentation abilities
• A track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Workday and HireVue is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across functions
