Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to senior executives by:
  • Managing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports, credit card reconciliations, invoices, and correspondence
  • Organizing meeting logistics, maintaining supplies, and welcoming visitors
  • Handling data entry, filing, and maintaining key contact databases
  • Supporting report preparation, meeting minutes, and interdepartmental communication
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative or executive support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), CRM, and SharePoint
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Secondary education (MBO+) or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
