Senior HR Business Partner (Utrecht, 32 – 40 hours a week)

What will you do?

As our HR Business Partner, you will join our dynamic team and will work closely with our Capability and Sector Leads to support them in all HR-related matters. You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our HR landscape and building the best employee experience , from generating ideas to guiding their implementation.
 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Capability Leads and Sector Leads providing guidance on HR topics such as performance and talent management, team dynamics, workforce planning, HR data and KPI’s and change management;
  • Identify opportunities to improve and innovate within our HR approach;
  • Take the lead in developing and initiating new HR strategies that support business goals;
  • Partner with leaders to co-create and execute organizational development plans;
  • Contribute to the current transition of the HR function from a supportive role to a strategic, consultative partnership with the business;
  • Facilitate the implementation of new HR processes and ways of working across teams;
  • Guide and mentor fellow team members, to help them grow and make an impact together..

Experience
  • A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in a similar HR role;
  • A solid background in HR within a fast-paced or dynamic organization (preferably Consultancy);
  • Experience with hands-on business partnering  in a commercial setting;
  • You’re both a strategist and a doer: someone who enjoys initiating ideas as well as seeing them through to execution;
  • A proactive mindset and creative solution solver with a can-do attitude;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring colleagues;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (must) and the ability to engage with employees and leaders at all levels;
