This role ensures compliance with international regulations on blending renewable fuels into conventional oils by managing accurate biofuel administration and submitting required reports to authorities. It also involves verifying sustainability documentation and working with internal teams to improve processes and systems.

Description

• Compile internal reports on biofuel flows within the network.
• Verify and validate sustainability documentation to ensure it meets legal requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of sustainability documentation for clients.
• Cooperate with suppliers to ensure compliance with biofuel administration requirements.
• Participate in regulatory audits for successful certification.
• Support the submission of biofuel reports to national authorities.
• Monitor biofuel processes and suggest improvements.
• Identify risks related to biofuel transactions and recommend necessary internal controls.

Profile

• Experience with reporting and an affinity for legal texts. Experience in commodity markets is an advantage.
• Master's degree in Business Economics, Accounting & Controlling, or similar fields.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbally. German/Dutch/French is considered beneficial.
• Affinity with ERP-systems
