We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Worker/powder coater to help prepare metal components for powder coating. You will be responsible for the pre-treatment and preparation of various materials, ensuring they are clean, smooth, and ready for coating. If you don’t yet have experience with powder coating, no problem — we will train you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal components for coating (degreasing, sanding, masking, etc.)
- Operate pre-treatment equipment (e.g. cleaning stations, sandblasting)
- Assist with the setup and operation of the powder coating booth
- Apply powder coating to metal parts (or learn how to do so under supervision)
- Perform quality checks to ensure coating standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow safety and production guidelines closely
Gevraagd
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn a new trade
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality
- Able to lift, carry, and work with metal parts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with powder coating is a plus, but not required
