‘Consultant’,’ Account manager’…  What’s in a name? You’re going to make the best matches happen! You take care of happy candidates and great professional relationships. This is why we call your future function: ‘a Matchmaker’.

You will write texts for job offers, you will recruit candidates mostly online for various jobs and you will take care of job interviews. During these interviews, you will discover both the specific wishes and talents of your candidate. We are convinced that the perfect match asks way more than a great education, or impressive work experience.

After finding the perfect match, you will also be responsible for the employment contracts, payroll administration, trainings and our sick leave schedule. Besides, you will take care of local marketing campaigns, and you deliver good ideas for our social media content.

• You will take care of our employees during their employment at M@tchm@kers
• You will be the face of our location and therefore be seen as a point of contact by our employees and professional relationships.

Gevraagd

The most important point, is that you love to work with people. You know how you combine commercial goals with a human aspect. You have an eye for chances and challenges and you have an practical mindset. We are looking for a colleague that prefers subsequent approval over requesting permission in advance. Acting on your own is much appreciated within our company.

You have a winner mentality. This is much more important to us than experience: we will teach you everything along the way!

Further:

• You have a thinking level equal to Higher Professional Education (Degree won’t be necessary)
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or Greek is a big plus
• You have a B license

If you’re not proactive, please don’t worry. In our industry, it is impossible to get ahead of problems. We would prefer you to know how to solve them. Also, please don’t worry if you’re not stress-resistant. We believe stress is a sign that things are not well-organized and we always aim to be organized in the best way possible. We are looking for a candidate with a great talent for planning!

Aanbod

A fulltime function with a temporary contract. There is a great possibility to earn an indefinite contract. You will earn a salary between € 2300,- and € 2700,- per month. This is dependent of your experience and negotiation skills. Growth in salary is always possible of course! You will receive 8% annual holiday pay.

Of course you will be receiving enough resources to perform. We don’t believe in pension funds, and think you are well capable to take care of this on your own: this is why we pay you a monthly compensation to decide on your own how to use it.

• Unlimited holidays (if you promise us to come back) with a minimum of 20 days to take, for your own wellbeing and to spend time with your friends and family
