Your responsibilities
As Regional HR Business Partner for Western Europe, you will play a key role in supporting local subsidiaries in aligning with the company’s global HR strategy. You will work closely with the Regional HR Representative and global HR colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality HR approach across the region.
Your scope includes:
- Implementing global and regional HR initiatives at local level
- Advising and supporting local managers on leadership, performance and talent development
- Delivering operational HR support to subsidiaries without local HR staff
- Contributing to cross-country HR projects (e.g. succession planning, employee engagement, training & development)
- Ensuring compliance with local labour regulations across 14 European countries
- Building strong relationships with local teams and acting as a trusted HR advisor
Profile
We are looking for an internationally minded HR professional who thrives in a decentralised, entrepreneurial environment.
You bring:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international context
- Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, with a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English; German is a strong asset
- Readiness to travel occasionally across Western Europe
- Residence in the Netherlands, or willingness to relocate to Apeldoorn
