BedrijfsomschrijvingThe organization is a family business and is a well-known in the area of Rotterdam. Over the years, it has grown into a renowned international player with multiple locations worldwide. They are committed to delivering the best services and support to their clients across the entire globe.
The organization is about to implement a new ERP-system and that's why they're currently hiring a Change Manager who is able to lead this transformation. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for the full change cycle in order to sucessfully implement their new ERP-system throughout the entire organization worldwide. The foundations have been made, the software package has been selected, and the scope has been defined. Standard processes have been mapped out for each location and the first rollout is scheduled.
During this transformation you'll provide clear directions to create a new way of working and sharing the importance of ''Change Management'' to create awareness and recognizition. It is a complex transformation but your knowhow and experience will contribute in this change. You show great empathy to your colleagues while assuring them into the new way of working but you also stay strong and stick to the plans even though it's not easy to adapt.
You'll work closely with various key users (managers) and be involved in defining organizational changes and future plans. This output is used for change purposes and projects. Each location has it's own designated implementation manager to oversee the local ERP rollouts and you'll guide them into the right direction.
- You will be part of (and actively contribute to) a large-scale program focused on a global ERP implementation;
- You conduct impact analyses and translate your findings into concrete objectives and action plans;
- You work closely together with various key users and stakeholders across the organization and guide them through this major transformation;
- Coaching key users to ensure a proper adoption and the understanding of new processes;
- You oversee the change process and intervene when necessary to keep the progress on track;
- You are responsible for managing the change trajectory throughout the ERP implementation;
- You collaborate closely with local implementation project managers to identify and execute local adaptations;
- In partnership with an external provider, you revise and optimize the current training program;
- You are part of a steering committee responsible for organizational changes, using their output as critical input for your change initiatives;
- You maintain direct communication with the executive board to keep them informed about the progress and key developments.
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Change Manager;
- Proven experience leading complex ERP implementation projects;
- Experience in international environments is considered an advantage;
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels;
- Capable of driving complex organizational changes while maintaining a people-oriented approach;
- Decisive, analytical, and equipped with excellent communication skills.
- A monthly salary between €6,500 and €8,900 based on a 37.5-hour workweek;
- 8.5% holiday allowance;
- 29 vacation days, plus an additional half day per quarter if no sick leave is taken;
