At our indoor vertical farm, we harness cutting-edge agricultural technology to grow fresh, nutritious produce year-round—regardless of weather or location. Using vertical stacking systems and controlled-environment agriculture (CEA), we cultivate crops with precision, using up to 95% less water and no harmful pesticides. By optimizing light, temperature, humidity, and nutrients, we create ideal conditions for plants to thrive naturally and sustainably. Our farm is designed to reduce environmental impact, shorten supply chains, and deliver consistently high-quality food—locally grown and harvested at peak freshness. From seed to shelf, we are redefining farming to support a healthier, more resilient food system for the future.

Goal:
· Optimize the environmental conditions within our indoor farms to maximize plant growth and health.
· Investigate the relationship between food and health to enhance nutritional value.
· Enhance and refine the technologies utilized in indoor farming.
· Improve post-harvest processes, including sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities and tasks:
· Conduct and execute experiments.
· Assist with plant growing, harvesting and post-harvest quality checks.
· Collect and process data using advanced tools and technologies, conducting initial analysis.
· Crop monitoring and management during trials, reporting any deviations or anomalies.
· Collaborate with teams to execute trials, actively participating and contributing insights.
· Maintain detailed documentation and report findings.
· Understand the relationship between environmental conditions and crop growth.
· Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and sustainability standards.
· Stay up-to-date on emerging agri-tech trends and research to contribute innovative ideas.

Required Profile:
· Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Horticulture, Crop production, Greenhouse farming
· Experience with hydroponic systems and a background in plant nutrition are considered strong assets
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
· Curious and proactive with new tools, sharp observational skills with a keen eye for details
· Strong team player with ability to work independently
· Fast learner, open to innovation, efficient multitasker
