Are you confident in your leadership, and do you thrive in a clean, safe, and well-organized environment? Then you might be the key player we’re looking for! As Team Leader Cleaning & Hygiene, you’ll lead the cleaning team, maintain an overview, and ensure everything runs smoothly and meets high standards.

What are you going to do?

As a Team Leader, you are the go-to person for all cleaning and hygiene matters within the distribution center. You collaborate closely with internal teams and external cleaning partners to ensure everything is spotless and compliant with regulations.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the cleaning schedule
  • Managing quality, safety, and order on the work floor
  • Leading meetings and aligning with other departments
  • Identifying bottlenecks and taking direct action
  • Ensuring adherence to company rules and hygiene protocols
  • Maintaining contact with external service providers
What do we offer?
  • Gross monthly salary between €3.340 and €3.700 (based on 36hours)

Where will you work?

You’ll be working at the central distribution center in Nieuwegein, where thousands of products are prepared daily for delivery. You’ll be the driving force behind a clean, safe, and efficiently organized operation.

What do we ask?
  • Experience in team leadership, preferably in a production or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain oversight
  • Decisive and people-oriented mindset
  • A proactive attitude and the courage to implement improvements
  • Availability for at least 32 hours per week
