About the department:

The After Sales department within BYD Europe is responsible for all Service & Maintenance related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.

Main responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:Gather and maintain data from various sources, including service reports, and SAP and contracts.
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trends in aftersales performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores, service provider quality scores, and warranty reserve. Develop and generate reports that provide actionable insights to management
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tender, Sales, and Finance, to align aftersales strategies with overall business goals.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within aftersales operations, leveraging data-driven insights. Recommend improvements to workflows and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualification and requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, Finance or Accounting related
More than 5 years of proven full-time experience in a similar role
Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of Power BI is preferred
Ability to work well with team members from other departments
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Fluent in English. Being able to speak Chinese is a plus.
