About the Role

As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the dynamic Sales team. You’ll ensure smooth administrative processes, help deliver accurate proposals, and maintain the quality of client interactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and eager to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and support proposals for the EMEA Sales Team, working closely with Operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with client and sales information.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports; collaborate with colleagues across all levels.
  • Respond to internal and external client enquiries via email.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks to support Legal, Finance, QA, and other departments.
  • Manage processes such as NDA handling, access requests, and project submissions.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Passion for customer success and support.
  • Preferably MBO+ or HBO thinking level.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics is a plus).
  • Experience with sales reporting is a plus.
  • Proactive, structured, and stress-resistant approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills; team player mentality.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
