We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager who thrives in complexity, stays calm under pressure, and takes full ownership when it matters most.

As Senior Operations Manager, you will be the most senior leader on-site during your shift, accountable for delivering the day’s operation across all departments in our brand-new cargo terminal. You will coordinate resources, manage disruptions, and ensure performance, safety, and compliance targets are achieved in real time. This role of Senior Operations Manager is pivotal to operational success — you’ll have the authority to make critical decisions that directly impact customers, partners, and the smooth running of the business. Alongside day-to-day delivery, you will help shape operational improvements and long-term resilience.

🛠 Lead the full operational performance during your shift, across multiple functions.
📋 Deliver the daily operational plan, adapting to changes and disruptions with minimal impact.
📊 Monitor service levels, KPIs, and productivity, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
✈ Manage delays, cargo offloads, and recovery actions with a focus on customer impact.
🛡 Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and aviation security regulations.

🛡 Solid knowledge of HSE and security compliance in a 24/7 operational setting.
😌 Ability to stay calm, structured, and effective under pressure.
