Role Overview

As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. As Marketing Manager at RadarRadar, you are responsible for designing and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive commercial growth in an Account-Based Selling (ABS) environment. You work closely with the sales team to activate high-value accounts, generate qualified leads, and support each phase of the sales funnel with tailored content, campaigns, and initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, align closely with sales, and be the heartbeat of our marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in close collaboration with account executives (new business), account managers (clients), focused on strategic accounts.
  • Segment target markets and create personalized content and campaigns based on vertical, persona, or buying stage.
  • Launch and manage multichannel initiatives (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, webinars) aligned with the customer journey.
  • Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific platforms, including daily/weekly posting, engagement, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials: one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, battlecards, market insights, and product messaging.
  • Ensure sales teams have access to relevant, up-to-date, and actionable materials for every stage of the sales process.
  • Support deal acceleration through tailored marketing actions for individual opportunities or clusters of accounts (e.g. custom landing pages, targeted content, personalized outreach).
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools in alignment with the sales process.
  • Track and report on marketing’s impact on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and closed-won revenue through closed-loop collaboration with sales.
  • Organize exclusive events, roundtables, and customer programs targeting key decision-makers within priority accounts.
  • Leverage thought leadership, content, and PR to position RadarRadar as a trusted brand in its target industries.
Gevraagd
  • 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or technology.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or working in Account-Based Sales environments.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills 
  • Experience working in or understanding of the commodities, fintech, or energy sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
