Are you a hands-on technician with an electrical background? Do you enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and working on custom-built systems such as control panels, switchboards, and sensors? This could be the perfect next step in your career.

In this position, you’ll work on a variety of advanced installations across the Netherlands – from office buildings and hospitals to airports, laboratories, and manufacturing plants. Your main focus will be the installation and maintenance of electrical switchboards, sensors, air handling systems, and fully tailor-made control panels.

Every project is one of a kind – no standard solutions, but precision-engineered systems that meet each client’s unique needs.

You’ll start with a structured onboarding program and work side-by-side with an experienced technician, giving you the time, tools, and guidance to grow into your role.

• Installing wiring and components for HVAC and automation systems

• Assembling, modifying, and testing control panels and electrical switchboards

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams

• Mounting sensors, cable trays, and automation hardware

• Performing upgrades and modifications based on client requirements

• Salary up to €4,500 gross per month (depending on experience)

• Company car for both business and personal use

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days

• Every other Friday off (fixed schedule)

• Paid travel time

• Tools and materials delivered directly to the site

• Annual profit-sharing bonus

• Permanent contract from the start

• Vocational (MBO) qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent

• Experience with control panels, HVAC systems, or building installations is a plus

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Good command of English and/or Dutch

• Valid B driver’s license

• VCA and NEN 3140 certification (or willingness to obtain)
