Join our team as an Assistant Team Leader, where you'll collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. We provide internal training to help you further develop your skills. Safety is paramount when operating company vehicles, and your flexibility allows you to adapt to various parts of the process. Every day, you strive to meet deadlines and are responsible for achieving and improving departmental targets. Additionally, you support the Team Leader in managing a team of 15 employees, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and team members work cohesively to reach daily goals.

Wij bieden:

- Hourly wage of €15.98;
- A surplus of 8.75% after 18:00;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
- Possibility of a contract with the client;
- 40-hour work week;
- Growth opportunities within the team leader role.

Wij vragen:

- Willing to work in rotating shifts: one week from 08:00 - 17:00, the other week from 12:30 till 21:30;
- Previous leadership experience in a logistics environment;
- Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., VHT, reach truck, etc.) is a plus, but not required;
- A true team player who functions well within a group;
- Strong focus on quality;
- Hands-on mentality — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
- Naturally stress-resistant and able to perform under pressure.
