Operator (Full-time – Two-shift schedule) – BodegravenPut your technical insight into motion – take charge of your own production line and grow into a fully qualified operator!
As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for one of our fifteen advanced production lines. These lines slice and package products using machines such as slicers, flow pack machines, and vacuum machines.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up the machines and ensuring a smooth production process;
- Managing 2–3 colleagues on your line;
- Responding quickly to malfunctions and independently solving minor technical issues.
- Technical insight – this is a must;
- Good command of Dutch and/or English;
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude;
- Team spirit and collegiality.
- A full-time job (36 hours) in a two-shift system (06:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00);
- Salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month (excluding shift allowance);
- Travel allowance of €0.23 net per km (for one-way travel between 5 and 50 km);
- Opportunities to develop yourself into an all-round operator.
