Do you have solid experience in Trade Finance within a banking environment? Do you hold CDCS certification and are you confident working with Letters of Credit and well-versed in UCP600? In this role, you will handle and administer key trade finance products while acting as a trusted operational partner to both the front office and clients. You’ll ensure compliant execution, accurate documentation, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
What you will do
- Issue, advise, confirm, and check documents per policy and UCP.
- Process per URC and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and advise bank guarantees.
- Enter and authorize transactions in the core banking system and SWIFT Alliance; perform transaction-based reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and participate in user acceptance testing for system changes.
What you bring
You have a hands-on mindset with strong planning and prioritization. Proven teamwork across internal and external stakeholders. Including:
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant trade finance back-office experience.
- Solid experience checking Letters of Credit against UCP600 protocol.
- CDCS certification.
- HBO or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English. Dutch language is a big plus.
