Join the team at Bolletje, where we produce the iconic rusk rolls and a variety of delicious baked goods like breakfast cakes, spiced biscuits, and Choconelly cookies at our Heerde facility. As an operator, you play a vital role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work alongside a team of around 10 colleagues, handling tasks such as adjusting and fine-tuning machinery, performing quality checks, supplying packaging materials, cleaning the production line, and carrying out minor maintenance tasks in collaboration with the technical service team.

Wij vragen:

- You are available to work full-time;
- You're open to working in a 3-shift schedule (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00);
- You're willing to work overtime on weekends if needed;
- You have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- You have completed a vocational (MBO) education at level 3 or higher, or you have relevant experience as an operator in the food industry.
