Jouw baan als

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for the complete production of aluminum coffee capsules of the highest quality from bean to packaging. You operate, set up, and reconfigure production lines, manage the production process, perform (quality) inspections, and resolve minor malfunctions. No two days are the same in this technically challenging role!

Operate, adjust, and reconfigure production lines for aluminum coffee capsules.
Conduct quality checks during the production process.
Detect and fix minor machine issues.
Record production data and report any deviations.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with applicable guidelines.

Your background and qualities

Available for full-time work (40 hours per week).
Experience as a machine operator is required.
Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system (rotating schedule: 2 weeks early shift 07:00–15:00, and 1 week late shift 15:00–23:00).
Affinity with process engineering.
Proficient in Dutch or English.
