For our client, an international company in Heijen, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

You ensure optimal collaboration between the warehouse and the customer. Your goal? Delivering maximum customer satisfaction by establishing smooth and efficient processes: you’re on it.

How will you do this? You are responsible for all administrative and planning activities for the client. As a key link between our warehouse and the client, you ensure that all order information is accurately recorded in our system, order progress is monitored, the planning for the logistics department is managed, and the client is informed in a timely manner. Your efforts truly make the difference. You achieve this by:

proactively communicating with our customers and colleagues, ensuring you maintain an overview;
preparing and scheduling outgoing orders for our customer;
spotting any discrepancies in the orders.

Function requirements
  • A relevant education;
  • Excellent talking and writing skills of the English language;
  • Control of the Microsoft Office package;
  • Some experience in a similar position;
  • Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and you can deal with stress
  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Available for 32-40 hours a week.

The following things can be handy to have but are not mandatory

  • Some knowledge and experience in logistics.
