Our client is a producer of sustainable fuel. They are an international operating organization active across 16 countries. In the Netherlands, their operating sites are located in the Maasvlakte 2 and in Zeeland, employing around 300 colleagues. For them we are looking for a HSE Field Supervisor MVK.. As HSE Field Supervisor, you work in close collaboration with project teams, maintenance and the HSSEQ department. Together with the Personal Safety Team, you play a keyrole in building and maintaining a strong safety culture on site. You will take ownership of implementing and monitoring the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) process, ensuring continuous improvement in health, safety, security, environment, and quality. You will be closely involved in daily operations, focusing on safety in both operations and maintenance. You ensure that daily risk assessments and control processes are carried out correctly and at the right time. As HSE field supervisor, you will spend a lot of time in the field, focusing on safe execution and sharing your safety knowledge, providing coaching, and intervening where necessary. You are part of the Health & Safety team of 8 collegues and report to the Teamlead Health & Safety.

Your responsibilities will be:
• Promoting safety, environmental and quality awareness among employees and ensuring that safety comes first;
• Guaranteeing safety in work processes and procedures;
• Ensuring that work processes and procedures are known and followed by coaching;
• Identifying deviations and ensuring that they are reported appropriately by performing checks and audits at all stages of the work process;
• Implementing and embedding improvements in work processes and procedures.
• Monitoring and closing the PDCA loophole and continuously improving processes.
• Executing and facilitating TRA’s, RCA’s and MOC’s.
• Active role in communication: lessons learned from RCAs, Safety meetings, bulletins, posters, toolbox. • MBO level and MVK diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Health & Safety in process industry
• Experienced in Risk Assessments and Incident investigation, extensive knowledge of Personal Safety
• You communicate easily at all levels in the organization, you are approachable and a good sparring partner
• Fluent in Dutch and English. • Work for a growing organization that develops solutions to combat climate change and accelerate the transition to a circular economy

• A salary between € 4805,00 - € 6500,00 depending on experience and knowlegde
