Do you want to work as a Truck & Trailer Mechanic in Nijmegen? Earn between € 16.10 and € 24.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience. With overtime and weekend bonuses, your pay can increase significantly. Housing and transport via Flexdirect are available.Wat ga je doen?
As a Truck & Trailer Mechanic, you keep the company’s fleet in top condition. You carry out maintenance and repairs, perform MOT (APK) and tachograph inspections, and prepare vehicles for delivery. You work Monday to Friday, one evening per week in a shifted schedule, and take part in Saturday and on-call duties.
Your tasks:
Maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers;
Perform MOT (APK) and tachograph inspections;
Check and maintain work equipment;
Follow safety regulations;
Handle work administration;
Provide technical support to colleagues;
Work in a friendly, professional team.
Gross hourly wage € 16.10 – € 24.00 (depending on experience);
8.33% holiday allowance;
Overtime & weekend bonuses:
130% for hours above 40 per week;
150% on Saturdays;
200% on Sundays and public holidays.
On-call allowance: € 27.20 for each time you are on stand-by duty (you only come to work if called in for an urgent repair);

Technical diploma (MBO level) or willingness to obtain one;
MOT inspector certificate (light & heavy vehicles) or willingness to obtain it;
40 hours per week availability;
Independent, accurate, solution-oriented;
Driving licence C + CE is a plus.
No mechanic experience? No problem. You start at € 16.10 gross per hour and learn the job on the spot. As you gain experience and earn certificates, your salary will increase.
