For Stryker in Venlo, we are looking for warehouse employees who want to contribute to something big. You will work in a modern and clean warehouse with medical products that are used worldwide to improve lives. As a warehouse employee at Stryker in Venlo, you will work in a clean, modern, and innovative environment where teamwork and precision are key. You ensure that medical products—think life-saving equipment—are in the right place at the right time. Thanks to your efforts, doctors and healthcare institutions worldwide can perform their work effectively.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods
• Storing products in the correct warehouse locations
• Picking orders and preparing shipments
• Performing quality checks according to strict procedures
• Maintaining a safe and organized working environment
• Participating in daily team meetings to coordinate tasks and priorities

You will work with advanced systems and receive thorough guidance to quickly find your way. If you enjoy working independently but also thrive in a team, you will feel right at home here.

• Gross monthly salary of €2,509 (based on 40 hours per week), excluding shift allowances
• Flexibility: work in day shifts or a 2-shift system, whichever suits you best

Please note: The location is difficult to reach by public transport, so your own transportation is required.

• You speak and understand English, both verbally and in writing (company language)
• You are proactive, accurate, and reliable
• You work well in a team and can switch between tasks efficiently
• You have your own transportation (the location is difficult to reach by public transport)
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
• You are able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
