Technical Trainer - Construction Machinery

40 hours per week / €3000 to €5000 based on experience / Italian and/or Spanish required

We're looking for a Technical Trainer for a global heavy industry manufacturer known for their innovative excavators, wheel loaders, and advanced construction solutions. Based at their state-of-the-art training center in Tessenderlo, you'll be the technical expert who elevates the skills of their European dealer network through world-class training programs.

We develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that empower international trainers, technicians, and sales professionals. What will you do?
You will become the cornerstone of technical excellence at this leading heavy industry manufacturer's European training center. Working directly for this global construction machinery leader, you'll be the specialist who transforms complex machinery knowledge into practical, actionable skills. You'll ensure that cutting-edge construction technology expertise is transferred effectively to Italian and Spanish-speaking technicians across Europe, with your hands-on experience and language skills forming the foundation for training programs that drive industry standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver comprehensive technical training on machine systems including engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, and electrical components in Italian and/or Spanish

• Demonstrate advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques using the latest service and diagnostic tools

• Guide participants through maintenance procedures and inspection protocols following manufacturer specifications

• Teach system calibration and adjustment procedures for post-service and component replacement scenarios

• Conduct safety training sessions covering European regulations and industry best practices

• You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience with construction machinery, excavators, or heavy equipment

• You have proven experience in knowledge transfer, whether as a trainer, mentor, or workshop supervisor

• You are fluent in English and Italian or Spanish

• You demonstrate proficiency with diagnostic tools and technical documentation systems

• You show enthusiasm for continuous learning and thrive in international, multicultural environments
