Technical Trainer - Electric Buses

40 hours per week / €3000 – €5000 based on experience/ Bachelor level
Are you a seasoned automotive professional passionate about electric mobility and sustainable transportation? Do you thrive on sharing your expertise with the next generation of electric vehicle technicians?
We're seeking a Technical Trainer for a global electric mobility leader specialising in sustainable public transportation solutions. You'll play a key role in the transition to electric buses, preparing technicians and dealer staff to work confidently with this advanced technology through comprehensive, hands-on training programs.

Who are we?
TTA International is an international project organisation specialised in Learning & Development for technical companies, with a strong focus on automotive and electric mobility sectors. We develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that empower international trainers, technicians, and sales professionals. We do this with a team of 65 passionate specialists, technicians, and enthusiasts who are absolutely dedicated to their craft!

What will you do?
You'll become a key specialist in electric bus implementation, working directly for this global leader in sustainable transportation solutions. As the expert who translates complex electric vehicle technology into practical skills, you'll ensure that electric bus knowledge is effectively transferred to technicians across Europe. Your hands-on experience will form the foundation for training programs that support the successful adoption of clean, efficient public transport. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver comprehensive hands-on technical training on electric bus systems and components

• Develop practical training materials based on real-world experience and latest technologies

• Explain complex electric drivetrains, high-voltage safety procedures, and advanced diagnostics

• Guide participants through technical exercises using actual electric bus systems

• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient implementation of new electric bus technology

What do you bring?
You're naturally collaborative and energized by supporting others' development in sustainable mobility. With your solid understanding of automotive systems and electric drivetrains, combined with patience and strong communication abilities, you confidently work with diverse groups of technicians. You can explain complex electric vehicle concepts clearly and have a genuine interest in advancing clean transportation. You take ownership of your work, operate independently, and find satisfaction in sharing your expertise. Additionally:

• You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive sector with proven technical expertise

• You demonstrate strong affinity with electric drivetrains and modern vehicle systems

• You have proven experience in knowledge transfer, as a trainer, mentor, or senior technician with training responsibilities

• You're available from October 2025 for a minimum 9-month commitment to this transformative project

• You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

• You're willing to travel within the Netherlands and Belgium to deliver training across multiple locations
