Waar ben jij van?Jij bent als tendermanager samen met het centrale Integraal Projectmanagement team (IPM- team) verantwoordelijk voor de (Europese) aanbesteding van de benodigde opdrachten in de planning- en studiefase van de deelprojecten stadsbrug en oevers en HOV-lijn. Jouw functie De eerste en belangrijke taak als tendermanager is om de aanbesteding van ingenieursdiensten (voor de deelprojecten stadsbrug en oevers en HOV-lijn) voor te bereiden en te managen. Daarnaast neem je ook de eventuele inkoop van een architect en de kleinere inkoopvragen voor zijn/haar rekening.In nauwe samenwerking met de projectteams van de drie deelprojecten, ben je tevens verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en door ontwikkelen van de marktbenaderingsstrategie.Je weet in de planning- en studiefase op de juiste manier de markt te betrekken. De planning- en studiefase wordt door meerdere initiatiefnemers gezamenlijk aangestuurd en uitgevoerd, waardoor je werkt vanuit de marktvisies van de verschillende partners waaronder het Rijk (IenW/RWS en BZK) en de regio (MRDH en gemeente Rotterdam). Je zorgt voor het opstellen van het aanbestedingsdossier en de contractdocumenten en een contractbeheersingsplan. Daarnaast ben je het primaire aanspreekpunt voor marktpartijen en initiatiefnemers. Jouw ProfielJe bent op en top professional en geëngageerd voor de publieke zaak. Je bent een teamspeler met leiderschapskwaliteiten die samen met het IPM-team de koers van de marktbenadering van het project bewaakt. Je bent in staat om die koers om te zetten in concrete daden en waar nodig ben je voldoende strategisch aangelegd om bij de dragen aan bijstelling van die koers. Daarnaast ben je innovatief, communicatief vaardig, verbindend en resultaatgericht. Tenslotte ken je de markt en werk je met hen volgens de principes van de marktvisies van de initiatiefnemers. Je weet vragen en claims van de markt op waarde te schatten. Je bent hard op de inhoud en zacht op de relatie. Het contact gaat voor het contract.

Gevraagd

Eisen:

• Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde WO-opleiding in een Technische, Bedrijfskundige of Juridische richting
• Je hebt tenminste 5 jaar werkervaring met inkoop en contractmanagement voor projecten in het ruimtelijke domein (grond, weg en waterbouw en gebiedsontwikkeling). Deze ervaring is opgedaan in de afgelopen 10 jaar
• Je hebt tenminste 5 jaar werkervaring met het opstellen van aanbestedingsdossiers en het organiseren van het aanbestedingsproces voor ingenieursdiensten voor projecten in het ruimtelijke domein. Deze ervaring is opgedaan in de afgelopen 10 jaar
• Je hebt ervaring met werken in IPM-teams en het samenwerken en onderhandelen met de markt
