Rituals is looking for a Stock Assistant for our flagship store: House of Rituals, located in the heart of Amsterdam. Working at Rituals means being part of a luxury environment where experience, quality and well-being are key.
As a Rituals warehouse worker, you’re an essential part of our store team. You play a vital role in keeping everything running behind the scenes. You ensure a well-organized stockroom and an efficient flow of goods from delivery to shopfloor replenishment. You process new shipments with care, perform inventory checks, and make sure that products are restocked in the right place at the right time. You know exactly what needs to be where – and you make it happen. You work in a structured way, think ahead, and help create a safe and clean working environment for both your team and our customers:
- You work closely with your stock-team and colleagues on the shopfloor;
- You are flexible on mornings, evenings and weekends;
- You take ownership in achieving both store goals and your own goals;
- Logistics is your thing: you love structure, clarity, and efficiency;
- Smart devices are familiar territory for you;
- You follow all safety and health procedures in the stockroom and on the shop floor;
- You get energy from a clean and well-organized stock space and enjoy pitching new ideas for improvement.
Gevraagd
You’re proactive, positive and a real team player. You feel responsible and like to stay organized. On top of that, you have:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within retail, logistics or hospitality
- A problem-solving mindset and a sharp eye for detail;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- A service-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for the Rituals brand;
- A structured way of working.
