iServices is sinds 2011 marktleider in de reparatie en refurbish van smartphones, tablets en computers. Met 100+ winkels in Portugal, de Azoren, Madeira, de Canarische Eilanden, Frankrijk en België en nu Nederland voeren wij maandelijks zo’n 30.000 reparaties uit voor merken als Apple, Samsung, Huawei, LG en Xiaomi.
Wij zijn tevens officieel vertegenwoordiger van DJI (wereldleider in dronetechnologie) in Portugal. Onze technici bieden gratis diagnose en repareren de meeste toestellen binnen 20–30 minuten. Daarnaast hebben we een ruim assortiment accessoires en gadgets.
De functie:
We hebben onze eerste winkel in Nederland geopend op de Kinkerstraat in Amsterdam-West en zoeken een Sales Advisor / Technician. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor klantadvies, verkoop, en/of technische reparaties.
Je hoeft niet in alles expert te zijn, we zoeken iemand die uitblinkt in minstens één van deze gebieden:

• Sales – Je weet klanten te overtuigen en deals te sluiten
• Techniek – Je repareert toestellen snel en vakkundig
• Management – Je kunt een team aansturen en processen optimaliseren

Omdat wij nieuw zijn in Nederland, krijg je de unieke kans om mee te bouwen aan ons succes. Dit betekent dat er grote doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn: van specialist in de winkel tot teamleider of zelfs manager van toekomstige vestigingen.
Wat ga je doen?

• Klanten adviseren en topservice leveren
• Smartphones, tablets en computers repareren (indien technisch onderlegd)
• Accessoires en gadgets promoten en verkopen
• Voorraad beheren en zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie
• Efficiënt werken in een dynamische omgeving

Wat breng je mee?

• Ervaring in sales, techniek of management (minstens één)
• Sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden
• Organisatorisch talent
• Goede beheersing van Engels (andere talen zijn een pré)

💰 Wat wij bieden

• Een salaris afhankelijk van ervaring:
  • €2.317 per maand bij geen ervaring
  • €2.517 per maand met relevante ervaring

We are also the official representative of DJI (world leader in drone technology) in Portugal. Our skilled technicians provide free diagnostics and complete most repairs within 20–30 minutes. In addition, we offer a wide range of accessories and gadgets.
The Role
We have opened our very first store in the Netherlands, located on Kinkerstraat in Amsterdam-West, and we are looking for a Sales Advisor / Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and/or technical repairs.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything — we are looking for someone who excels in at least one of these areas:

• Sales – You know how to connect with customers and close deals
• Technical Skills – You can repair devices quickly and professionally
• Management – You can lead a team and optimize processes

Since we are new to the Dutch market, this is a unique opportunity to grow with us. There are excellent career opportunities, from store specialist to team leader, and even manager of future iServices locations.
Your Tasks

• Advise customers and deliver excellent service
• Repair smartphones, tablets, and computers (if technically skilled)
• Promote and sell accessories and gadgets
• Manage stock and maintain store presentation
• Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, technical repair, or management (at least one)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational abilities
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

💰 What We Offer

• A salary depending on your experience:
  • €2,317 per month without prior experience
  • €2,517 per month with relevant experience
