What you'll be doing
As a warehouse foreman, you will be responsible for scanning carts, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and moving flowers in and out of the cold storage. In addition to your supervisory tasks within this logistics process, you also roll up your sleeves and actively take part in the work. You will be working in a dynamic and international environment where flowers and plants are processed, stored, and shipped daily. You are the link between the production team and the daily planning. Furthermore, you will regularly work with computer systems to register orders and monitor production schedules.

You'll receive

Salary between €2600 and €2900 gross per month, based on full-time employment
Employment conditions including a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
A varied position where leadership and hands-on work go hand in hand!

The ideal candidate

Speaks the English language and preferably has basic knowledge of the Dutch and Polish language
Is willing to work with computer systems
Can perform physical work such as loading/unloading and scanning carts
Has (preferably) experience in operating a forklift
Works accurately and is able to maintain a good overview
Has a practical mindset and knows how to motivate colleagues!
