Do you create magic with your written words? Are you our new enthusiastic and creative Content & Communications specialist? And are you the person who can engage and share the exciting Refresco story and journey via our digital channels?

In this role you will be part of the ambitious and committed Global Communications team, based in Rotterdam. We are looking for someone who will strengthen Refresco’s presence across all our digital and social channels, by increasing awareness and engagement telling our story amongst new and potential employees and customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and creative:

Communications & Content Specialist

We are looking for someone who has excellent writing skills, superior design and visual literacy, and strong project management skills. You will join an agile Communications team, and help the team execute a wide range of communications activities both internally and externally.
You create content for all kinds of channels and are always looking across the business for new stories. Besides this, you create content for our internal and external communication platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and narrowcasting. You have mastered how to roll out content efficiently, measure it, and come up with new solutions to take it to the next level.

The role:

• Create engaging content (written and visual) for platforms such as intranet, website, social media channels and digital screens;
• Own and manage Refresco’s channels on Instagram and LinkedIn;
• Write, create and publish company (internal) newsletters;
• Update corporate communications tools, such as screens and presentations;
• Manage our Group intranet platform;
• Support the Group communications team in projects
• Work closely together with communications colleagues across the globe;

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, PR, Journalism, Marketing etc.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a communications or content marketing role;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of the English language (preferably a native speaker);
• Experienced in social media engagement strategies and execution;
• Experienced in working with content management systems ;
• Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives;
• Great attention to detail and love to work in a dynamic environment, with a great sense of responsibility;
• Strong team player and willing to help out when needed with the broader communications team.
