Flange Mechanic – Petrochemical Industry
Are you an experienced Flange Mechanic looking for your next challenge in the dynamic world of petrochemicals? At HTC Techniek BV, we are looking for a skilled and reliable flange mechanic to join one of our clients' technical projects. If you have experience with flange assembly, tightening techniques, and mechanical joint integrity, and you're eager to work in a professional and international environment, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do as a Flange Mechanic?

Read and interpret technical drawings, isometrics, and work orders to plan and execute flange assembly and disassembly.
Install, align, and torque flanges on pipelines, vessels, and equipment according to strict safety and quality standards.
Inspect, maintain, and repair flange connections, gaskets, and bolts in petrochemical plants.
Collaborate with pipefitters, welders, and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
Document all work performed and report any deviations or safety concerns immediately.
Participate in toolbox meetings and adhere to all site safety protocols, including the use of PPE.

Where do you want to be working?
You'll work on petrochemical project sites in the Rotterdam area, with coordination from our base in the Netherlands. Expect a professional, international environment with high standards for safety and quality.
What do we offer you?

Gross monthly salary range of €2,944 – €3,648 (excluding allowances), depending on skills and experience.

What are we looking for?

Certificates: VCA, WFPr, VVl is a plus.
Valid driving license (B category).
Good command of the English language.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Proven experience as a Flange Mechanic in the petrochemical or industrial sector.
