Purpose of the Role

To support the Quality Assurance function in the pet food segment by executing and coordinating administrative tasks related to supplier/raw materials onboarding, documentation management, compliance tracking, inspection plan set-ups and releases. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain documentation for pet food raw material onboarding in SF360, including regulatory questionnaires, product specifications, and compliance statements. Transferring the documents from one system to the other.
• Assist in the qualification of CMOs by managing standardized templates (e.g., HACCP, GMO, heavy metals) and FAQ questionnaires.
• Setting up inspection plans for finished good release
• Coordinate the sending of samples for analysis to external laboratories
• Responsible for creating COAs/COC

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative support within a QA environment, preferably in food or pet food sectors.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; familiarity with digital QA systems like SF360, SAP, LIMS
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English
