You work together with your direct colleague with whom you fill in the daily activities in consultation, such as:
-Ensure that incoming phone calls reach the right colleague
-You are the first point of contact for guests who come by
-You also check the text and layout of outgoing quotations and order confirmations
-Maintain your data in our customer management system
-Get outgoing mail ready for shipment
-In a team you work on internal and external communication. Think of devising and making news items for our own staff on our digital publication boards and externally our website news pages and messages on social media
