Are you an experienced project manager who gains energy from guiding young professionals and realizing digital transformations within (semi-)government organizations? Do you get excited about complex challenges at the intersection of policy, processes, and technology? Then we are looking for you: an entrepreneurial Senior Consultant / Project Manager Digital Transformation who wants to make an impact with us at ministries, municipalities, and executive agencies.

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a field such as information management, information sciences, business administration with a focus on IT, or another IT-related discipline.

• You have 3–7 years of work experience, including demonstrable experience in the past 3 years within the (central) government as a project, program, or interim manager. In this role, you have worked on complex digital transformation challenges at the intersection of business and IT/information management.
• As a Senior Consultant / Project Manager, you deliver more than just project results. You:

• • • • coach and guide colleagues in their professional development;

      • actively contribute to knowledge development and the positioning of Supply Value, for example through publications, events, or developing new propositions;

      • have a commercial mindset and take (shared) responsibility for revenue both for yourself and together with colleagues.

• You have a (post)academic level of working and thinking.
• You have a relevant network within the government and/or IT sector.
• You recognize yourself in the following competencies: independent, decisive, results-oriented, customer-focused, connecting, visionary, and with leadership qualities.

For central and local government organizations, you carry out assignments independently or as part of a team. In the role of business consultant, project or program manager, or interim manager, you work on:

• IT strategy and implementation;
• process optimization and information management;
• the introduction of data-driven working;
• performance management and change management.

In addition to your client assignments, you play an important role in the growth of Supply Value: you share your knowledge, coach colleagues, lead a team, and contribute to our commercial strength.

• Salary indication: €3,775 – €8.375 gross per month, depending on experience and education.
• Electric company car or NS Business Card.

• Permanent contract from the start, with a probation period of 2 months.
