For our QC Department in Made, North Brabant, we are looking for a 

QC Systems Project Assistant (NEXT Program)

(temporary, full time)

The QC Systems Project Assistant will support the QC new infrastructure IT platform set up and will be responsible to build data tables based on QC operational process flows. In addition, the assistant will be responsible to build and maintain all uploaded data tables in the project.

In collaboration with the Project Manager, the main missions will be:

• Definition of business needs in collaboration with the various teams and laboratory managers

• Update of work instructions

• User training

• Testing of interfaces with the ERP/JDE

• Data management – updating ongoing infrastructure changes and modifications, documenting decisions and system check outcomes.

Candidate profile:

• Experience participating in or leading system implementation projects.

• Knowledge of data migration, data integrity, and data governance principles

• Familiarity with system configuration, testing, and deployment in ERP/LIMS projects

• Organized, methodical and rigorous, able to understand complex processes and describe them in a coherent way.

• Ability to work in cross functional teams.

• Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system or data issues.

• Ability to train end users and support change management during system rollout.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements in a multi-year project.
