Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer looking to work on diverse and technically challenging industrial projects? Join our client’s team and make an impact in a flexible, forward-thinking engineering environment.
Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take a key role in the design and execution of industrial projects, ranging from new installations to upgrades, from feasibility studies to detailed engineering and construction support.
You’ll work on a wide range of tasks including short-circuit and cable calculations, and the design of low-, medium-, and high-voltage installations, emergency power systems, lighting, motors and drives, grounding, and lightning protection. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to apply your knowledge across different sectors.
You will play a central part in capturing client requirements and turning them into practical, high-quality electrical engineering solutions. This includes writing reports, conducting engineering studies, developing layouts, diagrams and schematics, and coordinating with multiple disciplines in a 3D design environment.
The role offers a long-term position within an open and approachable team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central. You’ll have access to diverse and complex industrial projects that aim to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. - Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Electrical in an industrial engineering environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field
- Strong technical background in cable and short-circuit calculations, and in designing electrical systems
- Independent, proactive mindset with the ability to manage tasks both in the office and on-site
- Communication skills in Dutch, with the ability to interact across all levels, from operators to senior management
