Our branch in Delft is looking for a Finance Support Agent. Do you want to be part of a young and friendly team and make people happy with an emergency shower? Then this position is for you!

What does this position entail?

As a Finance Support Agent at Delfion, you are responsible for supporting the financial team with various administrative tasks. You focus on reviewing and checking work lists, keeping track of purchase declarations, and ensuring that financial processes run smoothly. When you have spare time, you support the Finance Support Agents by answering customer questions and scheduling new assignments.

What does your workday look like?

You arrive at our beautiful headquarters in Delft, 5 minutes from TU Delft and the city center!
You start your day in the bar loft and catch up with colleagues
You check the work schedules of our employees
You process our new purchases and all declarations
During lunch, you enjoy your well-deserved break
After the break, you participate in the finance meeting, after which you work independently on the discussed agenda items.
Because your Finance Support colleagues are busy, you end your day by scheduling some customer requests.

Who are you?

You are available 8-16 hours per week
Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a positive attitude
You speak and write Dutch
