We are looking for a motivated Grinder who works accurately and pays close attention to quality. You have technical insight and feel comfortable in a production environment.

Your profile:

• Preferably experience as a grinder in a production setting
• Technical understanding and affinity for metalworking
• Accuracy and focus on quality
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (05:45–13:45, 13:45–21:45, 21:45–05:45)

What we offer:

• Starting salary of €19,48 gross per hour in 3 shifts (including allowances and ADV allowance)

As a Grinder at MGG, you are responsible for processing and finishing high-quality aluminum products. You work with various tools to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. With attention to detail, you follow strict specifications. Your tasks include:

• Processing castings by grinding, sawing, annealing, straightening, and pressing
• Identifying minor technical issues
• Loading and setting products in robots
