We are looking for a skilled and safety-driven Rigger to support heavy lifting and crane operations across leading industrial sites in Antwerp. If you have proven rigging experience, a strong commitment to safety, and clear communication skills with crane operators, this role is for you.

• Prepare, inspect, and install lifting and rigging gear (slings, shackles, spreader bars, etc.).

• Signal, guide, and coordinate with crane operators to ensure safe and precise lifting operations.

• Calculate load weights, centers of gravity, and determine correct rigging methods.

• Carry out pre-use inspections, maintain equipment logs, and report any defects.

• Work in teams to execute lifts at petrochemical, port, and construction sites.

• Follow all safety procedures, and toolbox meetings.

• Salary: €2,800 – €3,200 gross per month, plus overtime and shift allowances.

• Benefits: Travel expense reimbursement, PPE provided and replaced as needed.

• Proven experience as a rigger in industrial environments.

• Certifications: VCA, TCVT W4-01, TCVT W4-02 (VVL is a plus).

• Good English skills.

• Physically fit, confident working at heights and outdoors.

• Valid driver’s license B.

• Flexible to work shifts and occasional weekends.
