As a Steel Construction Fitter, you will work together with colleagues on projects in the Netherlands and Belgium. On these projects, you assemble large steel structures at various industrial sites.
Your tasks include:
Assembling large steel constructions based on technical drawings;
Using aerial work platforms (boom lifts) extensively during assembly;
Ensuring safety is always the number one priority in all activities;
Occasionally staying overnight near project sites (one or more nights away from home, depending on the project).
The organisation is located in Budel and works on different construction projects in the Netherlands and Belgium. They do this primarily in the chemical industry, energy market and other heavy industries. As an employer they provide a work environment where you can develop your skills and can participate in challenging projects.
Wat wij vragen
As a Steel Construction Fitter you:
- have an active work attitude and work well in a team;
- are not afraid of highs;
- don't mind driving long distances with your colleagues to different projects all over the county and don't mind being away from home several days;
- preferably hold certificates such as IPAF, ABVL and VCA (IPAF (International Powered Access Federation – license for working with aerial work platforms), ABVL (safe operation of lifting equipment),VCA (Health, Safety and Environment checklist for contractors);
- have experience in working as a Steel Construction Fitter or worked in a job which looks like it.
As a Steel Construction Fitter
- A salary between €3.000,00 - €4.000,00 bruto per month;
- 25 vacation days per year;
- 8.33% holiday allowance;
