Mornings are your territory. As a breakfast chef at Leaonardo Royal Hotel in Amsterdam, you are up and about before the rest of the city has opened their eyes in the morning. You start early in the kitchen to treat the guests to a breakfast that fuels them sufficiently to take on the day.
With fresh, locally grown produce, you make sure that the buffet not only looks perfect, but also tastes amazing. From classic breakfast dishes to creations of your own design, as a breakfast chef you can turn every morning mood right around!
Apart from being skillful behind the furnace, you value a clean and organised working environment. In fact, the HACCP guidlines are your benchmark and come as a second nature to you. Together with your team, you make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Even when it gets busy.

Wat we jou bieden
- A gross salary of €2.545,00 per month;
- Full-time position (38 hours per week);
- 70% travel allowance for commuting distances over 10 km, up to €10.71 per day;

- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience and knowledge of HACCP;
